These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by CEQUENCE (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) to clients (“Client”, “you”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following:

1. Scope of Services : All services including 3D visualization, animation, video editing, motion graphics, and design are delivered based on the agreed project scope. Any additional requests outside the defined scope may require adjustments in pricing and timelines.

2. Payment Terms : Payments are structured in milestones to ensure transparency and smooth workflow - Initial payment is required to begin the project - Stage-wise payments are released after approval of key phases (modeling/texturing, storyboard, animation, draft) - Final payment must be completed before delivery of final high-resolution files

3. Project Workflow & Approvals : Each project follows a structured approval-based workflow - Modeling & Texturing → Approval - Storyboard / Concept → Approval - Animation Progress → Approval - Draft Output → Approval - Final Render & Delivery. Approvals at each stage confirm progress. Major changes after approval may impact timelines and cost.

4. Revisions : 3 number of Revisions are included at each stage of approval as part of the process to refine the output and ensure it aligns with expectations. Each project follows a structured approval-based workflow and after approval of certain stage, previous stage revisions are excluded and Significant changes in direction or requests beyond the approved scope may be treated as additional work and require adjustments in pricing and timelines..

5. Timelines : Estimated timelines depend on project scope - 3D Animation (1 minute): Approx. 2–4 weeks, 3D Visualization: Approx. 1–2 weeks, Video Editing & Design: Based on requirements, Delays in client feedback or approvals may affect delivery schedules.

6. Pricing : Pricing varies based on scope, complexity, and deliverables - 3D animation projects typically start from $1000 per minute. Longer-duration projects benefit from optimized pricing. Visualization projects may be delivered as bundled render sets (cinematic, aerial, etc.)

7. Client Responsibilities : Clients are expected to - Provide clear briefs, references, and required assets. Ensure timely feedback and approvals. Have rights to all materials shared.

8. Deliverables : Final outputs are delivered in high-quality formats suitable for their intended use. Source files are not included unless agreed upon prior to the project.

9. Usage Rights : Upon full payment, clients are granted usage rights for the final deliverables. CEQUENCE reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

10. Cancellation : If a project is canceled after commencement, payments made are non-refundable. Additional charges may apply based on completed work.

11. Confidentiality : All client information and project details are handled with confidentiality and will not be disclosed without consent.

12. Limitation of Liability : CEQUENCE is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered content.

13. Governing Law : These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.

14. Acceptance : By using this website or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
